In order to  complete registration you need to:

1) Register with USA Rugby (get CIPP'd)

2) Download and Complete the Required Paper Documentation

3) Register with  Frisco-Dallas Harlequins

1) WHAT IS CIPP?

CIPP means to be registered with USA Rugby. USA Rugby requires that every player be CIPP'd with their rugby club before their first match. requires that players be CIPP'd  before starting contact during practice. CIPP expires at the end of every August, so all players must renew their CIPP at the beginning of the Fall season.

2) HOW DO I CIPP?

3) ARE CIPP DUES PART OF MY CLUB DUES?

No. They are separate. 

4) I REGISTERED ON-LINE WITH USA RUGBY BUT THE REQUIRED PAPERWORK HAS A REGISTRATION FORM. DO I HAVE TO FILL THIS OUT AND DO I HAVE TO PAY?

Yes, you do have to fill out the registration form  and turn it in but if you registered and paid on-line, there is no need to pay again. 

5) WHAT DO MY CLUB DUES COVER?

Dues cover the cost of the kit, which includes uniforms for practice (rugby jersey, rugby shorts and rugby socks), a kit bag, a rugby ball, a mouth guard, a practice t-shirt,  and a track top and bottom. Dues also pay for home game costs, equipment costs, practice and game fees for field usage, referee costs and advertising and marketing.

6) HOW SOON DO I NEED TO REGISTER?

 In order to practice you must be CIPP'd, registered and paid at least of the fees, which covers the cost of the kit.
